How it's billed
Free bracelets and other products marked Hero VIP Product include Hero VIP Club enrollment. Today you pay only shipping. The membership is $29.99 per month, billed after the trial period shown at checkout, and it appears as its own line with its own checkbox at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added silently.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime, in one click, from your account page, or by emailing help@savethestrays.co with the email address you used at checkout. Cancellations take effect immediately and stop all future charges. If a charge went through before you meant to cancel, email us within 7 days and we'll refund it.
