The fastest way to track your Save The Strays order:
- Find your shipping confirmation email — it's sent the moment your bracelet leaves the warehouse, with a live tracking link. (Check spam or promotions if you don't see it.)
- Click the tracking link for carrier updates.
A few timing notes:
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they ship.
- Tracking can take 2–5 days to show its first scan after the label is created — that's normal for our shipping partner.
- Most US orders arrive within 6–12 days of shipment.
Can't find your confirmation, or tracking hasn't moved? Email help@savethestrays.co with your order number (or the email you used at checkout) and we'll track it down for you. If tracking is stalled for 15 days, we replace or refund — see our Shipping Policy.
