The fastest way to track your SteadyPawz order:
- Find your shipping confirmation email — it's sent the moment your order leaves the warehouse, with a live tracking link. (Check spam/promotions if you don't see it.)
- Click the tracking link for real-time carrier updates.
A few timing notes:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before they ship.
- Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show its first scan after the label is created — that's normal.
- Most continental-US orders arrive within 4–8 business days of shipment.
Can't find your confirmation, or tracking hasn't moved? Email help@steadypawz.co with your order number (or the email you used at checkout) and we'll track it down for you. If tracking is stalled for 10 business days, we replace or refund — see our Shipping Policy.
